At Shaanti Jewels we take great pride in our products and it is our policy to inspect and test every piece. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any unused item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your product.

For your security we recommend you return the goods by recorded delivery. Cost of the return is payable by the customer and for your protection we recommend you retain all proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. To enable a smooth processing of the return please include your name, contact details (email address & telephone number) and order number inside the packaging.

Refunds will be handled with respect and courtesy. As such, once we receive your return we will send you an email to notify you. Should we find any issues with the product we will let you know. Any approved refunds will take up to 14 days for processing and will be paid via your original method of payment.
